From Day One, Nicole built an ethical business on this ambition and the broking world noticed, awarding Nicole the first ever Australian industry awards for Ethics, Social Responsibility and Community Engagement. Nicole is now a key influence for many brokers adopting a social responsibility program.

Nicole Cannon originally became a mortgage broker as a result of a bad experience with one when purchasing her first property in 2001. The broker left Nicole ‘in the dark’, not communicating or educating her about this significant life event, so Nicole decide to empower herself, learn fast, follow up the loan and track it herself. Soon after, she became a qualified and licensed broker to help other women achieve their dreams.
