We employed Entourage to help us organise a home loan. In a period where banks were making it difficult to get home loans the team at Entourage massively helped in navigating the process for us. It was a very seamless process with attention to detail paramount and limited fuss. They were always available to respond to questions we had and made sure they explained every step of the process clearly and in our speak. We are now happily settled into our new home and could not thank them enough. They even sent us an extremely beautiful house warming present. Thank you in particular to Nicole , Brandon and Tam...you guys were amazing! These guys are guns and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Don’t know where to begin. I cannot express my absolute appreciation and admiration for the team at Entourage. Despite feeling a little lost and stretched, with mortgages on a few properties and businesses, we never thought it would be possible to secure another property of our dreams. Nicole from Entourage was a dream to work with. An excellent communicator with no request too hard. We were never left unsure or uncertain of what was taking place, Nicole took the time to explain everything over and over until we understood. Caroline and Brandon seamlessly handled the legal side of the transaction. After having such a positive experience working with Nicole - I convinced my (old school) parents who had only ever banked with ANZ and would never consider refinancing to refinance. Nicole was once again incredibly professional, supportive and reassuring that the process was very exciting for them. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Entourage (especially Nicole) to anyone looking to consider different options available to them or looking to refinance.

Update: Entourage contacted me directly to apologise for our experience. It shows that they care about their customers and about improving their services. My partner and I used Entourage earlier this year. We are first home buyers. It started off great! Nicole (finance) was fantastic and quick to respond to any question we had. Their conveyancer Caroline was slow to respond, mixed up contract details and had to re-do paperwork. This happened during the height of COVID where everyone was trying to figure out how to work from home so some slack can be given. However we were in the same boat. Additionally we had no idea the processes around buying a home which only made the lack of communication more frustrating. A simple email, text or call from entourage explaining the affect COVID was having on communication would have been fine, but we received nothing of the sort and instead were left stressing. In the end, we got our home which we are very happy with. All in all, the relationship started great but ended poorly. Not the greatest experience in the world and we probably won't use Entourage again because of it.
