My wife and I have never used a mortgage broker before, but Nic was recommended to us by a family member. Nic reviewed our current mortgage to make sure it still met our needs and that we were getting the best possible deal. She explained the pros and cons of fixed vs. variable and how that could impact us as we head towards retirement. When there was a delay receiving documents from the lender, Nicole delivered them to us in person for us to sign so that it didn't hold up settlement. Nic also assisted our son to obtain finance for his first home. This was a complicated scenario as the size of the property is less than what most lenders will loan on. When one bank was unable to provide finance, Nic found a solution with a different bank the same day. We were all really happy with the service and outcome. Thanks so much!

Nicole made part of our lives that bit easier by doing everything and anything she could to help us purchase our first home.
