Did Residential lending for CBA as branch lender and Senior Relationship Manager in Premier Banking for almost 13 years before starting own brokerage firm. Did all kind of lending including residential, commercial and asset finance. Keen desire to learn. Worked with high income private clients and assist them in building their investment portfolio. Post Graduate in corporate finance from University of Queensland with Certs IV in Financial Planning. Holding both Certs IV and Diploma in Mortgage Finance. Always focussed on Structure and Strategy so you save over a long period. Did Taxation Course from HR Block so can assure i do understand impact on finance with wrong strategy and advice. Speak 3 languages and can read 5. Fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi for communication. I consider myself a competent mortgage broker for all of your family and business finance needs.
