Parag was extremely rude, delayed responses and unprofessional dealing with the selling agent. He never replied in time, lied about which bank he is submitting application to, extended time three times and finally got a decline letter. What kind of broker doesn’t find a bank that would approve a loan? He is either totally incompetent or running a fraud racket. Either way you’re better off staying away from Parag and Nfinity. Not worth your money.

DO NOT USE THIS BROKER!! Broker They referred to their in-house broker - Parag (Nfinity financials), worst broker i have ever experienced. All the timeframe he gave got delayed, valuation got ordered really late, when he said application form will be with me, it is 5 days late and incorrect information all over. You have to chase him every single day and not get a response. Worst thing is he assured me 3 days SLA with AMP bank for me to get a call in day 4 from Parag (broker) tried to lie to me bank changed SLA to 15 days just last night. I called AMP and spoke with their lending dept manager and confirmed this is a lie, it has always been 15 days for corporate trustee. I called Parag out on this and he knew he messed up, didnt even try to apologise and admit that he LIED, and still tried to go with the bank changed the SLA overnight narrative. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER!
