We found recommendations for Patrice on a Reddit thread, and thought we would reach out to her for a second opinion, about what amount we might be able to get a loan for. Patrice took the time to understand our finances properly, and was able to find us 3 bank loan options that would suit our needs. Not only that, but because she took the time to look at the "whole picture" of our finances, and was motivated to help us buy our first home, we were able to look at houses that we had thought were out of our price range. The difference between the advice we'd previously been given through a firm agent, versus the advice we received from Patrice was staggering, and ultimately the difference between us being able to purchase our first home, or not. I can honestly say that without Patrice, we would not have been able to buy our first home. She was so helpful throughout the process, and patient with us as we asked questions along the way.
