I was beginning to loose hope until I met Paddy. During my pursuit of purchasing an investment property, I had 2 other brokers at that time who had told me it was not possible. When I started talking with him I was not super confident that I would be able to get the loan setup I needed - but that did not stop Paddy from finding a way.
