About Paul Prindiville

Paul joined Blackburne Mortgage Broking in 2011 after starting his career in finance in 2006. He prides himself on providing tailored financial solutions for his clients and delivering a first-class service experience.

Paul is highly knowledgeable in off-the-plan and apartment finance, as well as all other areas of residential lending. Whether you are looking to purchase your first home, are an experienced investor adding to your portfolio or would like to refinance to a better deal, Paul can guide you every step of the way.

As a current member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), Paul was nominated for the AFG Loan Writer of the Year in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 and was named as MPA Magazine’s Top 100 Brokers in Australia for 2014 and 2015. In addition, he has cultivated strong relationships with many lenders due to his longevity in the industry.

In his spare time Paul enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as closely following his favourite AFL team the West Coast Eagles.
