I made initial enquiries with Blackburne looking to start an investment portfolio. The first step was an obligation free no pressure home visit to learn more about what I wanted and what Blackburne was about. That went very well and was comfortable enough to proceed to the next step which was an in office assessment of my financial status versus investment feasibility. Buying a new home is a very stressful process - does the suburb meet all your requirements, commute to work, public transport etc, then on top of that if you are selecting a new development only visible with a model interpretation....extra stress. On visiting Ascot Waters - which I had drove past on many occasions without realising it was there - I fell in love with the location; so peaceful, beautiful walks by the river and easy commute to the city. I made contact with Paul Robinson re the development and he very kindly arranged an appointment after hours. He talked me through the plans of each of the apartments, the options available and the high standards set by Blackburne developments.
