We honestly couldn’t recommend Peter Dee and Eric from Loan Market highly enough. My wife and I came to Peter after having a very poor experience with another broker who had mishandled our application. We are both business owners and self-employed, with a relatively complex business structure, so our application was never going to be completely straightforward. The difference with Peter was night and day. From the very first conversation, Peter was outstanding. His process, communication and general demeanour were exceptional. Peter clearly knows his stuff, and I was genuinely impressed by the way he handled the entire application. Eric was also fantastic throughout and clearly a great part of Peter’s team. Between the two of them, the level of service and communication was first class. Having now experienced both ends of the spectrum when it comes to mortgage brokers, I can confidently say Peter sets an exceptionally high standard. We were purchasing our family home, so getting the finance right meant a lot to us, and we’re extremely grateful that we ended up in his hands. Absolutely deserving of five stars. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Peter again or recommend him to anyone, particularly other business owners or self-employed borrowers.
