About Peter Gibson

3X Finance is an independent asset and commercial finance broker based in Brisbane, launching in December 2026. It is the trading name of PRG Investment Holdings Pty Ltd and was founded by Peter Gibson CLFP, who brings more than 15 years' experience in Australian asset finance.

The name reflects the three sides of every deal: the client, the broker and the lender. Peter's career has covered all three, across bank credit, aggregator channel management and commercial leadership. He understands what lenders need to approve a deal and what clients need to grow their business.

3X Finance specialises in structured and integrated equipment and commercial finance for civil construction, agricultural machinery and yellow goods businesses, as well as business vehicle finance. It also offers a full range of other finance products, including consumer lending. Insurance options, including multi-year fixed-premium equipment cover and insurance premium funding, are available as standalone products alongside finance, not as a bundle.
