If you want a mortgage broker that gives you the same rates and fees as walking into any bank, then they can help. Peter and the team are nice to deal with, but no contact after the loan. A couple of years after signing, there’s no after care check-in to make sure the loan works for me and my goals and that it’s still the best product available.
