Phil Rice

Phil Rice is a Mortgage Broker based in Dulwich, SA who has been in the finance industry for more than 25 years. He is a member of several professional associations, including the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), and the Institute of Business Leaders (IBL).

Phil has extensive qualifications, including a Diploma and Certificate IV in Finance, as well as Certificates in Business Law, Business Economics, and Accounting. He is also a Certified Professional Business Advisor (CPBA) and a member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA). Phil is passionate about his work and enjoys helping clients achieve their financial dreams.

Phil's finance career began in Adelaide in 1996 as a Finance representative for a large brokerage firm. He later became a Senior Lending Manager (Business Development) for a major bank and worked there for seven years. He then left the bank to establish a new finance arm for a major real estate firm with over 465 offices around Australia. After successfully rolling out the new finance arm across the country, Phil opened his own finance company, EZ Finance.

EZ Finance specialises in commercial finance, asset and car finance, home loans, lo-doc loans for the self-employed, personal loans, and other finance products. Phil has earned the trust of over 130 different banks and funders around Australia, and he is in constant communication with them to find finance solutions for clients that no one else can help. He is committed to serving the business community and has completed a certified course with the Institute of Business Advisors to better understand the needs of his clients.
