Hi, I’m Raj Ladher. A highly motivated Mortgage & Finance Broker with 19 years of experience within the banking and financial services sector.

I work for my clients and not the banks. My job is to make sure my client is paying the least amount of interest over the life of their loan with annual reviews for all clients.

My dealings with my client aren’t transactional but a professional relationship for the lifetime of the loan and beyond. I am also an avid and passionate property investor which allows me to help you along your investment journey with first-hand experience.

I am contactable and my clients feel at ease working with me, especially as the home-buying process can be quite arduous and stressful. My experience allows me to navigate through the home loan process quite seamlessly getting the job done in a timely manner.
