James Millard and the team at Sufficient Funds have been nothing short of amazing. I had massive fears surrounding my life and how I would purchase a property given all the negative conversations, some of which I was contributing to! My personal finance was healthy to begin with, but since talking with Sufficient Funds they have turned into what feels like an ultra-marathon runner. James has helped me purchase a house, feel much more confident about my finances and equipped me to achieve my future goals. James was able to sit me through a process of talking through my lifestyle, life goals and dreams. He then went about patiently analysing ways in which they could be achieved given my current circumstance. Despite so many massive changes, I have been included and educated about every decision and logical justification for every piece of advice and opinion given to me. If I voiced any ideas, they were heard and acted upon jointly, and my financial plan was adjusted to encompass those. I had the goal of purchasing my first home and James was able to provide some resources and tips which gave me the information and education I needed to make an informed decision. Since then, I have purchased a property! A big thanks to Randy the Mortgage Wizard for putting up with my random calls and questions. He was able to allay so many of my fears and concerns. I have also secured cash buffers in the case of emergency situations, and to prevent any financial hardship into the future. James and I have also gone through and revised my Superfund into a lower fee and more economically appropriate fund, commenced a life insurance and income protection policy, and have also optimised my income, expenses and future tax. Throughout the whole process, James careful and diligently explained each processes merits and flaws, and ultimately left me not only much more educated in personal finance, but much more financially secure into the future. James and I are now looking at different investment strategies that suit me and my goals into the future. I am so happy that I now have the confidence to achieve my goals in life, and to be able to do so without the stress of my finances weighing me down. What was once a stressor in my life has blossomed into a confidence booster; my finances are now a strength as opposed to a weakness. I cannot recommend James and the team HIGHLY ENOUGH. They’ve changed my life, simple as that.

James and the Team have been nothing but amazing! We started with a defining sufficient session with James, mapping out our goals for the next 5 years, reviewing our budget then setting up our life insurance.
