I just wanted to share my experience working with Ravi and Anmol — highly recommend them if you’re looking for a solid mortgage broker. Before reaching out to them, I had spoken to 5 other brokers and none were able to help me move forward. Ravi and his team, however, made it happen and helped me successfully secure properties, which has really helped me grow my portfolio. What stood out for me is that it’s relatively easy for brokers to get loans approved when there is clear borrowing capacity. But the real challenge is increasing borrowing capacity, extracting equity, and structuring new loans — which is where most brokers either struggle or are not willing to put in the effort. Ravi and Anmol went above and beyond in this area, and I truly appreciate their expertise, persistence, and support throughout the process.
