I would not use this company as we’ve been stalled for 6mths with excuses in regards to refinancing Stephanie & team hasn’t helped us at all , so with all this blah blah we went to the bank & spoke to the manager & he was happy to help us & 3 weeks later we were in a new loan & no problems so as far as spectrum is concerned thanks for nothing & Also I have to mention we LOST out on the $4000 cash back deal !!! so not happy Reid,also your other reviews I don’t believe

We first had a meeting with Spectrum and went through plans as to what we could achieve. Every option and scenario was explored and we came up with a new plan that meeting. This was great for us because we knew what we wanted to do next. Unfortunately for Spectrum, they had their work cut out for them because with little warning my partner and I found our home which meant everything changed to “urgent” for Spectrum. Spectrum worked tirelessly to get things rolling, their honestly, professionalism and transparency is second to none. Cannot thank Harry, Reid and Lucy enough. We will be back for business again one day! 5 stars :)
