Being our first house purchase, we were a bit naive to the whole process. Renee was honest to god our shining light. She helped us with everything, from simple things like how to talk to agents, how to decide on what price to offer, what to look for in the inspections, through to the more complicated matters such as preparing for the auction, filling out contracts and organising the settlement. Renee went out of her way constantly to ensure we knew exactly what we were signing up for, what every document meant, and what was due when. She was always up front with us, letting us know why she would be recommending certain products. Ultimately Renee recommended a financial product that worked really well for us, but was a bit painful for her to deal with. This showed us that she was always had our interests at the forefront of her mind - something we very much appreciated.
