With the property prices in Sydney going up, the savage competition, and the lack of understanding of the home buying process contributed to a 4 year search for our first home. The easiest part of the whole thing was our finances. From the first time we contacted Richard from Mortgage Choice, he showed genuine concern for making sure we were taken care of. He laid everything out for us and explained what our situation was and where we stood and what we needed to be looking at in terms of the loan we were getting. Richard actually came to visit us and willingly offered his services even though we told him we are just getting in to the market and we were not sure if we even wanted to buy yet. He just wanted to help us and stuck with us for 4 years always willing to make a trip out to our place and give us an update as to where we were and what choice was best for us. Almost 6 months down the track Richard still checks in from time to time to touch base with us and see how things are going with our loan.
