He was able to assist us where others had stated what we were looking for was not possible, and we also ended up with the best rate anyone had quoted AND with the product we wanted. No question was too small (and we asked plenty!) and he kept us informed of every step. We did all this via phone, text and e-mail and funnily enough we have never met him face to face although had we wanted to he would have done this but we didn't need to - his communications and recommendation from a colleague gave us confidence enough. Would highly recommend him and if we were to re-finance again would call Rob without hesitation 😊
