My wife and I have been renting on the Sunshine Coast for 3 years and with a pending rent increase of $100-120 per week decided it was time to get back into the property market. As a 71 year old self funded retiree, and even with ample super and other assets and prepared to fund 50% of the purchase ourselves, that is easier said than done with the traditional lenders including other brokers that we tried. We were recommended to Roger at TSC and were very encouraged from the start of the process when Roger advised that he could have a solution for us. At the end of our first face to face meeting I asked Roger what his degree of optimism was, to which he replied, 99%. I took this to be a good sign! Sure enough, Roger and Gavin were as good as their word and we got our approval at a very competitive P&I rate.
