Couldn’t recommend Roshan more highly. We contacted Roshan when looking for a mortgage broker when we began looking to buy our first house. Because of Roshan’s hard work, within 2 weeks of reaching out to him we had pre-approval and a contract signed on our first house. At first the bank was hesitant to loan as they didn’t feel our income was substantial enough. Roshan further negotiated and go us a loan with a major bank.
