About Ryan Marriner

Ryan Marriner brings a refreshingly grounded perspective to mortgage and finance broking, having spent years working his way through the Mining and Industrial sectors as a qualified Electrician. After many years of shift work, he made a deliberate move into finance and has not looked back since.

Since establishing himself in the industry, Ryan has built a reputation for going beyond the basics. He has been nominated for multiple awards across the MFAA and Better Business Awards, and in 2025 was recognised as the WA Winner for All Round Broker of the Year at the Connective Excellence Awards. His commitment to continued growth and development is reflected in both his recognition and the diversity of work he takes on.

Ryan's client work spans a wide range of finance needs, from helping First Home Buyers into the market, to securing development finance for multi-property construction facilities, arranging commercial finance for syndicates, providing cash flow solutions for emerging businesses, and restructuring complex investment portfolios. Accredited across residential, commercial, SMSF, business and asset finance, he works with a panel of over 40 lenders to match each client with a solution suited to their individual goals.

Based in the Rockingham and Peel region of Western Australia, Ryan works with clients across the country. Outside of work, he enjoys the laid-back coastal lifestyle with his family, spending time above and below the water or exploring new tracks with his dog.
