Over the last 18 months we have been dealing with Momentum Wealth to restructure our home loans. They have given us great advise on what we needed to achieve to perform a favourable restructure. Ryan Marriner made contact with us the following day and got things rolling, on Thursday just gone he presented us with a Loan Strategy document that blew my mind. We have bought and sold a number of properties in the past and used a couple of different Mortgage Brokers, but this is the first time i have been presented with such a well thought out and clearly presented document that left me with no questions. Being a first homebuyer and having hesitated for years to enter the market, I was very hesitant to approach Momentum Wealth for buyer’s agent help as I wasn’t sure it would be worth the fee and felt unconvinced by the possibility of finding “the perfect home”. I wasn’t confident about how much help I would really receive, and I had numerous friends telling me that it wasn’t worthwhile, that it was easy to do it oneself etc. When I met Mark and Ryan at the Momentum offices, I realised how comprehensive their knowledge and experience was, I felt they were very genuine and trustworthy, but still hesitated to commit. Once I started to search by myself, I experienced the frantic state of the market and began to feel immediately overwhelmed by all the unfamiliar information, the sales agents’ energetic spruiking and all the elements I had never had to consider before. I called Mark up and engaged him as my buyer’s agent. Mark was there immediately to help me properly assess the first property that really caught my eye. Ultimately, I didn’t go for that one, and instead spent about 8 weeks, every weekend and several days during the week going to see house after house that Momentum proposed for me based on my criteria. To my surprise, Mark would join me to view most of these and certainly he came to any that I had a strong interest in. Mark asked the sort of questions that I had never even considered and pointed out aspects of property and location that I would never have thought of. Most interestingly, I saw the attitude of agents towards me change instantly once they realised a buyer’s agent was on my side. In the end, Mark and Ryan found a house for me that matched every single must-have item on my list – location, size, age, proximity to school and amenities. Mark helped negotiate the price and the inclusions and within a surprisingly short time, it was done deal. Over and above relying on Mark and Ryan’s experience and expertise, they were absolutely wonderful to deal with on a day-by-day basis and sincerely sought to find me a home that I would love. I can’t recommend Mark and Ryan and Momentum Wealth highly enough and appreciate the service they gave me every day I'm in my wonderful new home.
