I have talked to so many mortgage brokers and I have explained them my situation and most of them were not ready for working out my scenario. I checked in one facebook group asking for loan considering my current situation and luckily I got Sahil from Finance point. He has given me a call, I have explained my situation and he mentioned we can still get a home loan. He told us different scenarios to work out and mentioned the possibilities for us. And we had applied for our pre-approval and we got the pre-approval. Earlier, we had worked with one another mortgage broker and told our situations but he mentioned us we can't get a home loan due to certain circumstances. All the big branded mortgage brokers didn't respond properly. Sahil took so much time communicating with us and we explained our situation and he worked out different scenarios for us. He has co-ordinated everything with our real estate agent , solicitor and peovided us excellent support. We have increased our deposit amount and Sahil has negotiated with the bank and gave us better interest rates.
