Sarah must be one of the most patient brokers in the Southern hemisphere. I'm not sure how, but she tolerated my initially unsure, stop-start communication, and even though I had absolutely no idea what I was doing, she consistently responded with care and the utmost diligence. She was our foot in the door to buying something, and she made it so much less scary and helped us really understand the options available to us. I particularly appreciated being able to do absolutely everything via email, the ability to correspond in a way that worked specifically for us was so helpful. This felt like an honestly impossible task to start with, and she made the first steps accessible enough that we persisted.
