We have been assisted with our home loan application by Sana and his team at Aussie and we could not be happier with the outcome. The whole process was smooth and stress free and Sana and all Aussie team from which I must mention Saroja and Juliana, were absolutely outstanding. Everything was explained to us from the beginning and along the way we received either calls or emails with the requirements or the updates. Their advice along the way was spot on and they were all friendly and great to deal with. I cannot recommend them enough, their knowledge and support was unparalleled and they managed to take the stress away from a process that otherwise would have been quite stressful not to say that the outcome was perfect. Outstanding help from Sana Hosseini and Team. I will preface this review by saying that our home loan application was not straight forward (we had a short settlement period and had to change bank applications during our process). Sana, Ryan and Saroja all worked very hard for us to process our application and helped us buy our first home. Their communication was very clear when details were requested from our lender which helped alleviate a lot of stress. What to expect: In the first instance we met with Sana face to face and he helped explain to us the entire home loan application which as first home buyers was extremely helpful. He is very funny and loves a good chat. He also got us in touch with a buyers advocate and conveyancer both of which we used and highly recommend. Afterwards, we communicated mostly over the phone (even on weekends) or through email to get our application processed. In our case, our first choice lender couldn't offer us a loan (for reasons unrelated to ourselves) and so Sana and co. were very quick to start with the next bank after explaining to us the situation. In the end it all worked out and Sana was there to help us at every step all the way to settlement. We highly recommend Sana and would gladly suggest him to friends in the future.
