We came across Freedom Property several years ago when we saw Scott Kuru online, being a fellow Kiwi. Although we weren't in the position to purchase another property at that time but we made the investment to have the option available to us when we could. Once we were in a position I reached out to Samantha Utupo, along with Carl Utupo both Property Strategist who we discussed our options. They came back to us within two weeks with properties. They did all the research on the properties and our finances. It was really impressive. Things happened without delays ensuring we understood everything before we moved on. It was exciting. We were then introduced to Tina Tarawhiti, Investment Lending Manager, she has been great in arranging the best loan for us and setting things up for us. Tina was always there when we needed assistance and to explain anything. Also, I need to mention, Jullian Lim, Member Relationship Manager. This lady is the one that is asking us for all the documents setting up appointment and is so lovely through the whole process. The Solicitor, Sachi Legal, Farbod Salimi was great in looking through our contracts and negotiated parts of the contract we would not be able to do on our own. Which made us feel safe. I always got quick responses to any questions I had. Love the work we got from Farbod. Then we were introduced to Stephen Winks, Member Care Manager, who was our go to with anything to do with our properties. Through all the staff we are in contact with at Freedom Property, I appreciated that we were assigned Stephen that I could go to with any questions I had. Stephen also provided us steps and what we would expect through the settlement process and thereafter. Especially knowing for our first property with Freedom Property we would be refunded the legal fees and Tax depreciation. That's a bonus. Not to mention the work Fiel Atienza, Loan Settlement Officer provided us through the settlement process in ensuring the documents were signed and couriered so we met the settlement date. Since working with Freedom Property Investors it has been so impressive how you have all the staff that you deal with through the different stages of the process, everyone is so understanding and lovely. We couldn't be happier in making the decision to go with Freedom Property. We have gone with another investment property for our first investment property and not found the same assistance and reassurance than we have had with Freedom Property Investors. Evey experience from Christina, Rhett, Neil and the Finance Team (Liam & Team + Jeff) have been extraordinary, wonderful.
