MC Richmond I’ve put of writing this review for a while because I didn’t really know where to start, so I’ll just go back to the beginning. In early 2024, after going to a handful of viewings, my wife and I decided to get serious about purchasing a home. A good friend (and reformed estate agent) put us in touch with Scott at mortgage choice Richmond. After a few emails back and forth we had pre-approval and felt like we were finally in the game. From the outset our experience with Scott was nothing short of incredible. Over the following 18 months we switched from townhouses to acreage and throughout Scott was there to provide support and guidance whenever we needed it; from loan structures to auction tactics we were never alone nor left in the lurch. After a few pre-approval renewals we finally signed a contract in November last year (2025). We ended up with a beautiful 60’s weatherboard in a tree filled suburb and only a 15 minute walk to the train station! Without Scott and the team at mortgage choice Richmond it wouldn’t have been possible. A huge thank you for everything you’ve done for us, the whole team for their effort and Mr. Matt Davidson for bringing us together in the first place. (Matt is now working for Mortgage Choice Richmond!) If you’re looking for a broker with an exceptional team you cannot go past these legends!
