Buying a new house and selling for the first time was something I was really nervous about, but Scott made it super easy. We had some issues with a very slow lender and our first buyers pulled out, however Scott was on top of everything the entire time. His clear communication allowed us to make some price changes with the property we were selling and find a new lender to ensure we were still able to purchase the home we really wanted due to a date deadline. Scott was also great to have a laugh with, it was something that really helped during a stressful situation.
