Just as we were getting ready to say goodbye to all the plans we made over the next five years after being declined our first home loan after a tedious and emotionally exhausting and painful process with another lender and broker, we were given Scott’s contact info from our realtor. All of a sudden those hard to swallow goodbyes we had prepared ourselves for over the last 7 weeks, had hope again. We took a big chance trying again and risking another bad credit against us if we were to be rejected again, our realtor said he’s the best and she was absolutely right in every way. Scott looked at all of our documents, over the course of one weekend him and his team were able to reverse the last 7 weeks for us and make all our plans of having more children, getting married, changing careers and many more all possible. I’m a contractor and so this wasn’t the easiest experience proving a stable income, we have twin 20 month old boys and have never purchased a home before. We weren’t exactly picture perfect on paper and we knew that but our biggest dream of all is to be able to give something to our children that can help them when we pass on one day when we’re old old hopefully 😂😅 Scott, Nicole, Thank You. It’s bittersweet writing such an honest review because you’re both like the little gem of this business that I want to keep all to myself and return to you over and over again in the future. But knowing that my review could give hope to other small families and first home buyers makes it worth it that you may become too busy and successful to fit us in 🥲🥹We could never thank you enough, you made all our dreams come true. I don’t know what you did differently to the first broker we went through when we got denied from a lender, but you knew exactly what you were doing, you have great time efficiency and an impressive list of networking and overall knowledge and experience. I woke up this morning for the first time in our new home, at 28 I have something I never thought I’d be able to have, a home to call ours, a nail in the room or every room if we want 😂 and something to pass down to our children. Thank You so so much, Scott & Nicole + the small people in the team who get forgotten like the receptionist, the person printing our documents and the people chasing coffees and sandwiches to help keep the big guys focused and thankyou to your loved ones at home who are forgiving of all the extra work you take home with you at the end of the working day.
