After approaching a couple of lenders directly I wasn't satisfied with the limited options available and their inability to provide me with a solution that suited my circumstances. After searching Google for the best mortgage broker in my area I was directed to Aussie Bondi. I was fortunate to have Sean as my broker as he was able to understand my circumstances and use his excellent knowledge of their lenders products to find a solution for me. He took the lead in navigating the minefield that getting a mortgage can be - even with a solid income and savings. Sean had direct access to key people at the lender and as such could actually talk to them and explain things in context when needed. I'm very happy with the service provided by Aussie Bondi and loving my new home.
