If I could rate zero stars I would. Would never recommend Shadi to anybody. As a first home buyer he made the process so stressful, it would take days for Shadi to respond to a simple text message or even return a phone call. He promised updates throughout the loan approval process yet didn’t follow through with them, his “assistant” gave us a set date and time on when we’d get an approval and when we didn’t hear anything and tried to follow up Shadi accused us of “freaking out and not letting him do his job”. The absolute worst part was 1 week before our settlement date Shadi decided to wipe his hands clean and refuse to help anymore after lying about not lodging our FHOG application to the bank, this almost cost us our settlement date. Thankfully our settlement agent stepped up and saw us through till the end, even to her disgust with Shadi’s “professionalism”. He claimed to be an expert at First Home Buyers, yet made what was supposed to be an exciting time in our lives a very stressful one. Would never ever recommend.
