About Shaheera Zafar

Shaheera Zafar is a mortgage and finance broker at Exceed Finance, based in Dandenong South and working with clients right across Australia.

She spent more than 20 years in lending before she started broking, including senior roles at ANZ, so she has seen how credit decisions actually get made from the inside. That is the perspective she brings to every application.

Exceed Finance compares more than 35 lenders. Shaheera works with first home buyers, people refinancing, property investors, and small business and commercial clients, and also arranges car and asset finance. On residential home loans the service is free to you, because lenders pay the commission.

Shaheera is Afghan and speaks Dari, so if it is easier to go through the whole thing in Dari than in English, you can. Deposits, borrowing power, contracts and the loan process can all be explained properly rather than through a relative translating.
