I’ve dealt with Shane for two property purchases, one sale, and around four loan refinances over the past few years, and I’ve recommended him to family and friends anytime someone is considering buying a property. Shane is extremely knowledgeable and professional, but what stands out most is how approachable and communicative he is. With the amount of paperwork, decisions and stress involved in buying, selling and refinancing property, it can be very easy to feel overwhelmed.
