Shanice Briones joined Clarity in 2021, bringing a diverse background across recruitment, defence, public service, retail, and business management. She has since found her calling in mortgage broking, combining her varied experience to deliver exceptional service.

Shanice prides herself on transparency and ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout their journey. She is constantly refining her expertise to provide the best possible outcomes for her clients. Her dedication has earned her industry recognition, including a finalist nomination for Champion Broker of the Year (NSW/ACT) in 2023 and multiple AFG Excellence Awards.

Shanice holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, as well as several degrees across different fields. Her diverse background gives her a unique perspective and helps her deliver well-rounded, practical advice that’s tailored to each client’s needs.
