Assisted initially by Shaun and later David and Josh, the quality of both the advice they gave and the service they offered was second to none making a potentially stressful situation far easier than it probably should have been. We were both relative novices at this but all the options were presented to us in a (very) easy to understand way that allowed us to pick the best options for our situation. All 3 of the guys always answered their phones (or called back very quickly) and never tired of answering our repetitive questions! On settlement day there was a delay (of my making) and a potentially disasterous situation was avoided by Josh going above and beyond to help. Great experience working with this team and can highly reccommend.
