Sheena failed to contact us for 4/5 days after making promises to both call us on day one, as well as constantly telling us that the loan would go through. I don't know why they felt the need to string us along and promise things they didn't know how to deliver. In the end we went straight to the bank, who had no issues writing us a loan. Sheena made a stressful time much more difficult for us and in the end we needed a bridging loan as she had wasted so many weeks that we then had no time left to secure a loan before settlement. I am horrified by her service and know that I would never treat a client this way myself.
