Alhamdulillah. Finally all my mortgages (owner occupied and investment) move to Burj Finance. I have received personalised service from the whole of the Burj team (Aayan, Sheryar, Arman and Mujtaba). Getting services or enquiries addressed from large shariah compliant funders is not good experience in Australia. However Burj team provided exceptional service even though timeline from application submission to settlement is longer compared to the conventional bank as they go through rigorous checks. I have been well informed of the progress of the application. Rental facility rate is very competitive with conventional banks and other shariah compliant lenders in Australia.
