Rescomm handled our sale and purchase. Deanna, Sid and the team were fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to anyone! Appreciate all your work!

Our experience with Deanna and Sid at RESCOMM has been superb. We were well-informed during the whole process, and queries were addressed clearly and patiently. Our trust in their diligence and skill has been well-rewarded. They have also helped all of our four children with their property transactions, along with those of a number of our friends.

Would highly recommend Rescomm. Sid and Deanne are incredibly efficient, thorough and great to deal with. I’ve previously used another conveyancer where the process seemed to take forever, communication was slow, and you almost felt like you were inconveniencing them whenever you contacted them or had questions. Rescomm was the complete opposite. From the beginning, Sid and Deanne were fast, responsive and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They are absolute ball breakers when it comes to getting things done and making sure everything is checked properly - which is exactly what you want when you’re dealing with something as important as buying or selling a property. Their attention to detail was excellent, and I always felt like they were on top of everything and looking after my interests. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and whenever I had a question, they were quick to respond and explain things clearly. It made the whole conveyancing process so much easier and less stressful. You can tell they actually care about providing a good service rather than just getting the job done. Thanks again, Sid and Deanne, for all your hard work and for making the process so smooth. I’ll definitely be recommending Rescomm to family and friends and will absolutely use them again in the future.
