We were in a situation where we had unexpectedly had an offer accepted without preapproval or a real plan. While I don't recommend this strategy for you, or for the sake of the sanity of your broker, Simon was immediately responsive for a same day meeting request and stayed with us for 5 hours that first day so we could get some sleep that night. He took a relaxed but focussed approach to comprehensively understand our situation first, to then tailor solutions and present us our options in that initial meeting. For the next two weeks, Simon was available at any time (not an exaggeration >21:00) to field any questions, escalate items if necessary and provide professional reassurance for what was our first experience entering the property market. During this, Simon sacrificed precious time with his visiting family so he could be there for us where we never felt like we weren't a priority, something which we will always be grateful.
