Great service and really detailed understanding of the Simon was great to work with. He took the time to really understand my situation and was quick to propose a solution that would work for my needs. He sent video messages with a walkthrough of the certain spreadsheets which allowed me to review things at my own pace and when it suited me. The portal was also great and easy to use to upload documents. With work being busy, it was really useful that Simon was on top of everything and I could be largely hands off - with some timely reminders that I had some things to action to ensure that I avoided further interest rate hikes.
