Worst service, useless, bone lazy. Had to beg to get a conditional approval twice (land then build). Every stage was not completed properly. I was given false borrowing figures because staff couldn't be bothered using the loan calculator (their words). Told me to cancel credit card, a week later after it was done said didn't need to. Could not explain redraw with the terrible AFG bank they signed me up to. Did not review any documents I provided for submission to SRO for a grant. Ignored the SRO response requesting further info and didn't pass it on to me. Did not provide basics of what my repayments would be during each stage of construction. Everything in the too hard basket except for taking their commission of course. Crooks don't use them!
