A massive shoutout to Spencer Clarke! While Spencer works for Cube Home Loans, it didn't feel like dealing with the big, faceless brokerage buisnesses. It truly felt like having our own personal broker on speed dial. And let me tell you, his communication game is brag worthy! We bombarded him with a million questions as first time property investors, and he never once ghoasted us and always welcomed our clueless questions. Here's where Spencer really blew our minds. Other brokers loosely were like, "Eh, you'll probably get around $280k from the banks. Lucky to get $300k". The way they explained things felt complicated. But not Spencer.. he goes and gets us pre-approved for $475k! Everything was so smooth sailing on our end. But wait, he gets even better. We put in an offer on one place with a tight 7day finance clause, (Sorry 🙃) Spencer gets it unconditional with Westpac bank in just 2 days! Then, unfortunately we had to bail on that one due to some building and pest issues and Spencer didn't skip a beat. We signed another contract, with the Easter long weekend coming up, and he still manages to get someone from Westpac to value a semi-complicated duplex property and make it unconditional in just 5 business days. If you want someone who's gonna hustle for you and is just a down to earth good person, Spencer's your guy!
