WOW! What a vastly different experience this Refinance was compared to my last one. I was Not chasing the mortgage broker trying to get updates after weeks of silence, Steffan at Brokerage and Co kept me updated, sometimes multiple times a day; which was immensely reassuring. This refinance process started just a few weeks prior to the Christmas and New Year period where historically there would be radio silence, not so with Steffan. This was so successful to get what I needed and the entire process was done so thoroughly, I will be doing this again in 12 months and I will be recommending to my family and others.
