My wife and I are self-employed property investors. Banks have long ago stopped lending us money. If we want to borrow these days, we need to go to expensive private lenders. I couldn't guess how many brokers we've been to, but it's a lot, a real lot. It always starts the same, "Yes, yes, we will be able to get you a loan". Reality usually arrives around the 3rd or 4th week and we get dropped or we simply don't hear from them again and they won't return our calls. Steph is the only one from the many that has come through. I still can't believe it myself. I've never met anyone that knows the ins and outs and detailed regulations regarding lending like Steph. She is the only one that has taken the time to fully understand our complicated financial situation and managed to present it in a suitable way to approach lenders. I can't imagine that Steph has been suitably compensated for the amount of effort she went through to get us that mortgage. We have been able to further grow our business only thanks to the efforts from Steph, we can't thank her enough. We will definitely be back again, thanks for all your work Steph!
