Stephen Lemm and his team were an amazing choice for my property journey. My partner and I have bought our first home together, and Stephen helped us navigate through the stressful journey with ease, confidence and calmness - which helped us a lot because there were a number of challenges during our search and settlement. From the start, Lemme was extremely generous with his time both to catch up in person, or to have a quick phone call. We had a tricky double settlement (buy and sell) which increased the complexity, but he walked us through the scenarios and finances very effectively to allow us to best prepare and plan. When we put the offer through on the house purchase, Lemme helped us with securing the best loan and rate, giving us a plethora of options and tailoring it to our needs. He also was good at getting the bank to act quickly to get pre approval during our cooling off period (which was a risk for us putting the offer in before full approval). This all went through perfectly and had no stress. During the settlement period, we managed to sell our other property to help fund the deposit on the purchase, and Lemme made sure the loan was contingent on the other sale and there were no issues there. His team were diligent in the back and forth, and even helped us through a bit of a crisis meeting where we made worst-case scenario plans financially in case we couldn't sell the apartment. The amount of detail, care and trust that Lemme demonstrates is top notch and he makes the property experience a lot better than it would be without a broker. Would highly recommend anyone who is going through this process to use Lemme and the team as they are very friendly, generous and great people. They also do a lot for their local community and are deeply respected by many in the North Shore area. Will definitely be using them again for all my property needs going forward. Client for life!
