Just wanted to share my recent experience with Loan Gallery refinance team so others don't go through the same mess. The whole process was a letdown—tons of bad info and zero gain. Ended up losing some cash in the process, all thanks to a broker named Georgy. I have lodged a complaint to AFCA, but no word from Georgy or his manager , Steve after 16 days. They seem pretty sketchy. If you're thinking about dealing with them, you might want to think twice based on my experience. They only care about their commission and once they get commission they wont even reply to your email or phone calls. Updated to address loan Gallery comment : Your response really highlights how your company is treating a customer of almost 3 years. I called twice yesterday around 10 and 11 AM and left a voicemail, but I haven't heard back. The only emails responses I got was saying you need 30 days to investigate and reply. It's frustrating when your broker couldn't even change the settlement day or fill out the refinance form accurately. Threatening not to cooperate and calling me liar doesn't exactly scream respect.
