His communication was outstanding—every call, email, and message was answered promptly, and he was always available to explain things and provide guidance. He regularly followed up with my conveyancer, advised me on the right questions to ask the agent, and pointed out things I should be looking out for throughout the purchase process. To be honest, I don’t think I would have gotten through settlement as smoothly without him. I had medical commitments during the settlement and he made sure everything worked smoothly and remained extremely patient with me.
