From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, responsive and knowledgeable, but what really stood out was how friendly and personable he was throughout the whole process. Both Steve and Kristie have provided fantastic advice from start to finish (and probably on-going after) and both have made everything feel so easy and straightforward.
